These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) govern your access to and use of this website, as well as your purchase of the Company’s products (including, but not limited to)rotary vacuum cylinder、 Variable pitch module、 sliding table cylinderetc.) the conditions that must be observed.
1. Formation of the Order and Contract
Offer and Acceptance:Any inquiry or order intention submitted by you on this website shall be deemed merely an invitation to treat. Only the formal quotation or pro forma invoice issued by our company shall constitute an offer; the contract shall come into effect upon your written confirmation (signed and stamped, and returned to us).
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):Some standardized pneumatic components and modules may be subject to minimum order quantity requirements; please refer to the quotation or confirm with the sales representative for details.
2. Price and Payment
Price Validity:The prices listed on the website are for reference only; the actual transaction price may vary due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rate changes, and order quantity.
Payment Method:We typically accept bank transfers (T/T). The standard terms of trade are“30% advance payment, 70% to be paid in full before shipment”. For customized products (such as custom-specification zoom modules), full payment is required in advance.
3. Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery Cycle:Standard products are typically shipped within 3–7 business days after receipt of the advance payment; the delivery time for non-standard customized products shall be as agreed upon by both parties.
Mode of transport:Orders are shipped by default via SF Express or Debon Logistics. If you require a specific carrier or export customs clearance, please inform our sales team in advance.
Acceptance Criteria:Upon receipt of the product, please inspect its appearance and quantity within 3 business days. If any shipping damage or shortage is discovered, please immediately take photographic evidence and contact us.sales@dgxinde.com。
4. Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service
Our company warrants that all products sold comply with the factory’s technical standards. Under normal operating conditions, pneumatic components are warranted from the date of shipment.12 monthsThe quality guarantee period.
Scope of Exemption:Damage caused by improper installation, operation under excessive pressure, corrosive environments, or non‑intended operating conditions is not covered by the warranty.
5. Intellectual Property
The Company reserves all intellectual property rights in the design drawings, technical specifications, and software code of its products. Without written authorization, it is prohibited to reverse-engineer or disassemble our company’s products, or to apply their core technologies to the development of competing products.
6. Applicable Law
The validity, interpretation, amendment, or termination of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through consultation; if no settlement is reached through consultation, the matter shall be submitted to the People’s Court of Dongguan City having jurisdiction for adjudication by litigation.
